Terms & Conditions: Your Radiant Commitment
Before your beauty adventure begins, please consider the following:
a. You can choose only one of the options (A, B, or C), and your decision remains unchanged throughout the year.
b. A $150 deposit is required for each treatment booked in advance. A total of minimum $800 is required to be eligible for this promotion.
c. Each deposit is specific to its corresponding treatment and is non-transferable. In the event a treatment is no longer suitable, it can be changed to another recommended option.
d. Deposits are not convertible to credit.
e. Deposits are non-refundable.
f. Discounts do not apply to treatments added after the agreement signing.
g. Appointments are booked for 2024 only and cannot be rescheduled to 2025.
h. Rescheduling is permitted outside 48 hours of the booking, while cancellations or no-shows result in deposit forfeiture.
i. In unforeseen conditions preventing you from undergoing treatments, the deposit can be transferred to your family or friends.
j. We have a full right to update our terms and conditions without any notice. It is the client’s responsibility to check these Terms and Conditions regularly.
k. The clinic relocation does not affect these Terms and Conditions. Everything in this Terms & Conditions is still valid even if the clinic address is changed.
